LFG Energy Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at lfgenergyclub@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address sent to you once it has been confirmed on our end.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

FINAL SALE /Exceptions / non-returnable items
- BLIND BOXES/BLIND BAGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE: Labubu Plushies, Crybaby dolls, Blindboxes, Blindbags, Trading Cards, Funkopops, Collectibles, Skincare, Makeup, hygiene products etc.
- Advent Calendars
- Consumables: Candies, Chocolates, Exotic Snacks, Drinks, Etc.

At this stage, because of our already competitive prices of our products, we cannot offer free return/exchange for our products.

If you would like a return/exchange, you are subject to any shipping expenses. We do not provide any pre-paid shipping labels for return/exchange.

For exchange, you are also responsible for the extra shipping cost to ship your new choice of item to you. The charge will be based on the shipping cost of your destination (based on the information on our Shipping Info page).You can always contact us for any return question at lfgenergyclub@gmail.com.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, and any items lost in transit during the return/exchange

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lfgenergyclub@gmail.com.

At LFG Energy Club, we stand behind our products, but we know that not every product works for everyone.

For safety reasons, we can't accept returns on any opened product since LFG Energy is a consumable item.

To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unopened and in their original condition (sealed tubs, stick packs, etc.).
Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork.
Returns must be sent using an insured and traceable shipping method.
Products must have been purchased directly from www.LFGEnergyClub.com.
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date, following the date of receipt (e.g., if the receipt has a date of January 1, 2021, the return must be postmarked by January 8, 2021)

Shipping and handling costs aren’t eligible for refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, including gift cards. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to that card.

We recommend contacting our customer service team before returning any product to confirm if your order is eligible for a return or exchange. If you return an item without consulting us and it doesn’t meet the requirements, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

Note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or special promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, Buy 1 Get 1 Free sales, discount codes greater than 10%, or Free Shipping promotions.
